4.2 Refunds to Decoopa Wallet: All refunds will be credited to the customer's Decoopa Wallet, which is an internal wallet within our website. Customers can request a transfer of these funds to their bank account after receiving approval from Decoopa Company. The customer is not entitled to request the transfer of the amounts available in their account, which have been credited through the use of purchase vouchers.

 

5. Payment Methods


5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: Decoopa Company accepts various payment methods for orders placed on our website. These payment methods may include, but are not limited to:

The product must meet the specified conditions, including being in working condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


6.4 Refund Process for Returned Orders: Upon successful return and inspection of the product, Decoopa Company will process the refund according to the guidelines provided in the "Returns and Refunds" section. Refunds may be credited to the customer's Decoopa Wallet, and the customer can request a transfer to their bank account as per the approved process.
